Refund policy

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please contact us at support@vibrantyard.com to start a return process. We’ll email a return shipping label to you in pdf format.  We can also send a printed hardcopy of the shipping label to you by mail if you do not have a printer.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received a wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges: 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item.  We will refund your money when the return item is received.  Alternatively, you may request for an exchange.  We will provide the return shipping label and send the replacement item when the return item is received.

 

One Year Limited Warranty: 

We provide one year manufacturer's defect warranty which covers the replacement or reimbursement should the product fail or break due to manufacturing defects.  This warranty does not cover accidental damage or wear and tear.
